What is #LetterArtChallenge?

Together with Tze Ching Yeung of Jake & Maya Kids and Kathy Hutton we have launched a weekly letter illustration challenge on Instagram. All ages, all levels, all mediums welcome.  You can choose to use our letter template to get started, or you can create your own. Up to you. No rules. Just for fun.

Please share your work with us, just tag #LetterArtChallenge on Instagram and each week, we will feature a selection of your work on our blogs to help show off your awesomeness, so get creative!

You can download letter template above, or create your own letterform, and get creative with us. Each week, a new template along with some inspiration will appear in our blogs.

I am overwhelmed by the creativity and the inspiration our first two weeks of #LetterArtChallenge has shown! All you wonderful contributors, thank you! It is lovely to follow how you take on this weekly challenge! Let's continue to inspire and get inspired! Below are some of the creations from our second week with the letter D.

#LetterArtChallenge - week 2

Me, Tze Ching of Jake and Maya Kids and Kathy Hutton decided to shake things up a bit and publish the letters in the #LetterArtChallenge in random order to keep it more exciting! It is amazing how many wonderful and creative contributions we got for the letter A! Thank you so much! Let's keep this rolling and get more people interested and creative!

#LetterArtChallenge is a a weekly letter illustration challenge on Instagram, launched on 18th October 2016. It is a collaboration between Jake & Maya Kids and Fia Lotta Jansson Design together with Kathy Hutton and several other creatives and the goal is to inspire to create! The challenge is open to all ages, all artistic abilities and all mediums!
